1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wsjl ("wsjl", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wsjl website located at wsjl.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on wsjl, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the wsjl platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the platform from the Republic of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and wsjl.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on wsjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable regulations. wsjl strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from wsjl or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You may only hold one account on wsjl. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

wsjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your wsjl account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent through your account. wsjl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

• You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your wsjl account, including family members.
• You must notify wsjl immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including your registered email address and mobile number, remain accurate and up to date.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the wsjl platform in a manner not intended for human players.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wsjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wsjl supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at wsjl's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• wsjl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• wsjl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wsjl bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification, or where wsjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• wsjl reserves the right to set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated to you through the platform's cashier section.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wsjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are not automatically convertible to withdrawable cash until all wagering requirements have been met.
• wsjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting software errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• wsjl's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the wsjl platform — including live dealer tables, slots, and bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted under studio supervision. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the respective game information pages.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on wsjl's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. wsjl's gaming system logs constitute the official record of all transactions and game outcomes.

• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be void and any stake returned.
• wsjl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Players must not exploit software bugs or errors. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software malfunction are void and will be reclaimed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wsjl platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the wsjl platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wsjl staff or other players through any communication channel.

wsjl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances where permitted by law, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

8 Responsible Gaming

wsjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits — receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts on wsjl.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wsjl platform — including but not limited to the wsjl brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of wsjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the wsjl platform without prior written consent from wsjl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wsjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

wsjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wsjl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wsjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data

wsjl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on wsjl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wsjl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and wsjl cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wsjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wsjl will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately in cases where changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the wsjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wsjl's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact wsjl's support team and allow a period of 30 days for wsjl to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
